Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by John Wilkinson at 7:07 PM.
Rick Harris moved to have the minutes of August 27, 2012 meeting approved. The motion was seconded by Diane Doyle, voted and approved unanimously by the full board.
- Report on Employee Issues
Rick Harris and Steve Salvo received a request to review a Media Executive Director job description.
Clarification on the position is being sought by Rick Harris.
- Personnel Action and Job Vacancies:

The next meeting of the Personnel Board will be held on Monday, October 22, 2012 at 7PM at Town Hall.
A motion to Adjourn was made by Mark Gleckman, seconded by John Lucey, voted and approved unanimously by the board.
